Adobe Acrobat Pro II

Create, fill, edit, sign, protect, prepare, and share PDFs on any device. In this two-part course, you will become an expert user in Adobe Acrobat. In part one, learn to create, save, navigate, modify, review and convert documents, share PDF fi les and PDF portfolios. In part two, you will use Adobe Acrobat Pro to convert technical documents to PDF fi les, enhance PDF documents, create interactive PDF forms, and prepare PDF fi les for commercial printing. You will also learn to create Accessible Documents that meets certain technical criteria and can be used by people with disabilities. Accessibility features
in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader and in the Portable Document Format (PDF) make it easier for people with disabilities to use PDF documents and forms, with and without the aid of assistive technology software. Tuition includes book, eBook and practice files. You should be familiar with the Microsoft operating system, and have the ability to use a keyboard and a mouse.
All MNTC instruction and curriculum is provided in English unless specifically stated otherwise.
OT813 Adobe Acrobat I is highly recommended, or Coordinator approval.
It is the policy of the technology center board of education that students who have paid tuition for adult programs be given full or partial refunds under conditions stated in established guidelines.
A 1098-T Tuition Statement provides documentation you may be able to use to apply for education tax credits when you file your tax return. If you decline to provide your Social Security Number, we will not be able to provide you with a 1098-T.

Penalties
If you fail to furnish your correct Social Security Number (SSN) to the requester, you are subject to a penalty of $50 to the IRS unless your failure is due to reasonable cause and not to willful neglect.
If the requester discloses or uses your Social Security Number (SSN) in violation of federal law, the requester may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
