ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor (RABQSA)

Designed for those responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting an audit program for an ISO 9001:2015 QMS. Quality Assurance Managers and Professionals, ISO Project Managers and Team Members, or anyone desiring an in-depth understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 audit process, will benefit from this advanced training! Offered in cooperation with AQS Management Systems Inc., this 36-hour course is certified in the RABQSA Certification Program and meets the training portion of the requirements for certification of individual Quality Systems (QS) Provisional Auditors, QS Auditors and QS Lead Auditors. Consists of instruction by certified Lead Auditor, discussions and team activities including presentations, role-play and simulated audits. Successfulcompletion of certified course requires 100% attendance, participation in all sessions and a passing grade on 2-hour final exam. Provides 3.6 CEUs
All MNTC instruction and curriculum is provided in English unless specifically stated otherwise.
Comprehensive understanding of the content, application, and implementation of the ISO 9000 series of standards needed;experience with ISO 9001 recommended. Previous training in ISO 9001 required (iso903 & iso801 recommended). Approval by QMS staff required before enrolling; contact [email protected]. It is the policy of the technology center board of education that students who have paid tuition for adult programs be given full or partial refunds under conditions stated in established guidelines.
A 1098-T Tuition Statement provides documentation you may be able to use to apply for education tax credits when you file your tax return. If you decline to provide your Social Security Number, we will not be able to provide you with a 1098-T.

Penalties
If you fail to furnish your correct Social Security Number (SSN) to the requester, you are subject to a penalty of $50 to the IRS unless your failure is due to reasonable cause and not to willful neglect.
If the requester discloses or uses your Social Security Number (SSN) in violation of federal law, the requester may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
